Terms and Conditions
All agreements and quotations are based on our business and delivery terms. Diverging terms of purchase defined by the buyer but not accepted in writing by Saint-Gobain Solar Gard NV are not considered. Remarks on these terms must be made within 8 days of order, quotation or order confirmation.

The ordering
Orders are received by phone or e-mail. In case of telephone orders, correctness in terms of quantities, dimensions and type of material cannot be guaranteed by us. Deliveries are shipped to the delivery address registered in our customer register. Incoming orders of full rolls and accessories before noon. 12.00 will be sent the same day with a reservation for possible out of stock or shortages of goods. Order of meters or precut material will normally be sent within 3-5 business days with reservation for larger amounts of precut material. For express handling there is an additional fee of 350 SEK per order plus the cost for the express delivery.

Terms and Conditions
Saint-Gobain Solar Gard NV guarantees that our products are delivered as ordered to the carrier. After that we are no longer responsible for transportation or delivery times. Transport is done with our contractors and we have agreements with several major carriers. Delivery time is usually 1-3 days in Sweden. To other countries, we may hire UPS or DHL. Express options are available from all carriers but not to all destinations. For express freight charges are made according to the current price list. After the handover to the carrier, the responsibility is transferred to the buyer and the complaint of transport, damaged or lost product must immediately be made to the carrier. A copy of the carrier's terms of business can be sent on request or searched to be found on the respective carrier's website.

Application / counseling / responsibility
The buyer commits himself to acquire the knowledge of products, materials and applications that are required. Information sheets and technical information can be obtained on request. The buyer is responsible for acquiring knowledge and ensuring that the product can and is allowed to be installed on the object and that there are no damage threats. Saint-Gobain Solar Gard NV assumes no responsibility for improper representation or defective installed products by dealers. The end user is fully responsible that the laws, regulations and advice are followed for the use of our products Saint-Gobain Solar Gard NV disclaims all responsibility for improper use or assembly of our products. It is the end user's responsibility to ensure that the product fits the need. Saint-Gobain Solar Gard NV cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to person or property as a result of our recommendations.

Brand Use
For the use of Saint-Gobain Solar Gard NV registered trademarks, written approval is required for each use, even partially. In the case of unauthorized use of trademarks belonging to Saint-Gobain Solar Gard NV, action will be taken.

Terms of payment
Delivery is made against prepayment until a credit assessment is made and customer number is obtained. Normal credit period is 30 days. In case of non-payment, payment reminder will be sent. Delay interest and reminder fee will be added. If payment is not received after reminder, the case will be handed over to debt collection and all following orders will be delivered only on prepayment.
